Experience
In 2005, I started
taking the Principles of Real Estate course for my own use and benefit
as a CPA. I found it to be very interesting, and quickly found that I
really liked what I was learning. It was then that I decided that
real estate could be a very enjoyable career for me. Upon finishing
the course and launching my real estate career, I have thoroughly discovered
how much fun real estate really is.
Being a CPA, I
have a strong expertise in the tax benefits of owning a home, which is
terrific information for first time homebuyers. I also have a strong
background in the tax benefits of real estate investing, which helps
my investor clients.
My goal is to help
my clients meet their goals.
I achieved the
status of an Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR®) in June 2007.
The Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR®) designation is the
benchmark of excellence in buyer representation. This coveted
designation is awarded to real estate practitioners by the Real
Estate BUYER'S AGENT Council (REBAC) of the
National Association of REALTORS® who meet the specified
educational and practical experience criteria.
Associate Broker
I achieved the
status of an Associate Real Estate Broker in the state of
Virginia in March 2009. In order to become a broker, one must
complete a series of courses in Real Estate Law, Brokerage
Management, Real Estate Finance, and Real Estate Appraisal, and
complete three years as a real estate agent.
