Interview
Our
professional team will conduct an intensive, thorough interview with you in
order to discover what you are truly looking for in a home. Our
extensive training has given us an edge on being able to determine your
wants, needs, and desires for the characteristics of your dream home.
Whether you are looking for more room for a growing family or looking to
downsize, a realtor can only help you find that perfect home if they will
listen effectively to your wishes. Listening attentively to our buyers
and learning exactly what their needs are is one of the most important steps
in the process of helping you satisfy your goals. We cannot search for
something if we do not know, in detail, what we are searching for.
Step
2. Initial Search
We
will take the information provided in the interview process and conduct a
systematic, methodical search for your perfect home. During this
process, we will analyze the market for you and determine what is available
within your criteria. This is a thorough process that we go through
for each of our buyers, and it helps us to keep abreast of the market.
We will report all of our findings to you, thereby letting you know how
close we can come to finding the perfect match for you. This will also
give you an initial feedback about the housing market within the area you
are looking, and give you an idea as to whether the local market will
support all of your desires in a new home.
Step 3.
Daily Searches
Do not worry if we do not find your
dream home in our initial search, because we are not going to stop our
search efforts. Every day after our initial search, we will scour the
market for new listings that match your description of the ideal home by
using the same systematic search methods. By relentlessly seeking out
and pursuing your next home, we continuously keep our fingers on the pulse
of the market and can alert you immediately if something comes available.
Using our terrific E-Alert system, we will notify you as soon as a property
hits the market meeting your criteria.
Step 4.
Communication!
(The most important step.)
We place all of our search results
on your very own web page, tailor-made for you. Each day if there is a
new listing on the market that matches your criteria, we add it to your web
page and send you an E-Alert via email to let you know that your web page
has been updated. If you are not computer-savvy, don’t worry! We
are really good at using the telephone, too! Communication is vital to
every real estate transaction. Our clients are informed every step of
the way once we are chosen as their REALTORS®.
