Our Four-Step Richmond Va
Relocation Plan
Step 1. Interview
Step 2. Search
Step 3. Follow Through
Step 4. Communication
Step 1.
Interview
Not much is more intimidating than
relocating your entire family to a completely new area. During our initial
interview process, we need to find out what is important to you and your
family for your new area. Researching a new area prior to your move is
extremely difficult due to limited time schedules and distance, but we can
make that much easier for you by using our interview process to gain a
perspective into what particular needs you and your family have. By
obtaining as much knowledge as we can in this process, we will be able to
perform a much better job in our attempt to match you with the home in your
new area that will best suit your needs.
Step
2. Search
Upon obtaining as much knowledge
as possible in our interview step, we can begin our extensive search of your
next home. Knowing that your time is limited, we will help to narrow the
search and bring the search to you. By using our extensive knowledge of
this area, you will be able to make an informed decision on a potential new
home. Based on your schedule, we will then tour the homes with you that you
have chosen, and give you the best advice on the area that you are looking
to relocate to. Once your new home is found, we will help you to formulate
a reasonable offer on the home based on our expertise of the Richmond real
estate market.
Step 3.
Follow Through
Once a contract has been signed,
you will definitely need some hand-holding through the process to get you to
the final closing and purchase of the home. You will need someone well
versed in the Richmond real estate scene to be on your side, guiding you
through the trials of the home inspection, negotiating repairs, handling
escrow, termite inspection, well and septic inspections, and even initiation
of utilities for you. Since we want this to be a pleasurable experience for
you, we are willing to do whatever we can to get the job done on your behalf
in an effort to make a normally rough transition as smooth as possible for
you and your family.
Step 4.
Communication!
(The most important step.)
The purchase of a new home in an
area far from where you currently reside creates a new importance to the
already crucial step of communication. While communication is vital to
every real estate transaction., a long distance purchase can create much
frustration and misunderstanding without proper and timely communication.
Our clients are informed every step of the way once we are chosen as their
REALTORS®.
We pledge to communicate with our clients…
With Good News, With Bad News, & With No News.
