Step 1.
Interview
In
an effort to determine your objectives in the sale of your home, we will
complete a comprehensive interview. During the interview process, we
will inform you about all of our seller’s services, as well as obtain a
solid understanding of your goals. In this way, we can better serve
your needs. As we continually strive to be the most complete real
estate firm in the Richmond area, we are constantly adding more tools to our
arsenal in order to better serve our clients. By spending time with us
in the interview process, you will help our real estate specialists
establish a plan of action to help you to achieve your objectives.
Step
2. Examination
We
learn as much as we can about your home by examining the home as much as
possible. The only way that we can speak intelligently while selling
your property is to be extremely knowledgeable about its features. We
want to be able to answer any question a potential purchaser may have.
We want to know all the terrific qualities your home may have, and we
also need to know all of its deficiencies as well. We want to be
prepared for any objections from any potential purchasers regarding any
cosmetic, structural, internal, or external situations they may feel is an
issue. By being prepared for any contingency with the property, we
will also be better prepared for the negotiation process.
Step 3.
Marketing Plan
Our
well-trained team will formulate a marketing plan tailored especially for
your home. Using your objectives given to us, we will draw from our
experience in the local real estate market and assemble a step-by-step plan
to use along the way in our efforts to sell your home. Contents of our
marketing plans typically include: MLS listings, newspapers listings,
open houses, signage, extensive internet promotions, and many other
promotional tactics. This plan is the what, where, and when of our
services for you, and we will use it as our strategic point of
reference to help you to meet your goals.
Step 4.
Communication!
(The most important step.)
The
sale of your home can be a daunting and intimidating event, making
communication during every step in the sales process extremely vital.
Communication is vital to every real estate transaction. Our clients
are informed every step of the way once we are chosen as their REALTORS®.
